About Diana
I am a Human Givens and Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained therapist and mindful self-compassion teacher. I began my career as a music therapist and I have over 30 years' professional experience of working with people through life's challenges. I have been trained by the Human Givens Institute as a psychotherapist; by the IFS Institute as an IFS level 1 psychotherapist; by Bangor University and the Mindfulness in Schools Project as a mindfulness teacher and by the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion as a self-compassion teacher. I am a graduate of Oxford University where I studied music.
I am married with 3 grown-up children.
I am actively engaged in the field of the psychological and emotional impacts of the climate and nature crisis. I have a lifelong interest in spirituality. I am happy to bring either of these interests into any therapeutic exploration at the request of the client.
I work according to the Human Givens Institute Code of Conduct which can be found here.
As part of this framework, please find a link here should you wish to raise a concern with the HGI about Human Givens therapy which you receive with Diana.
