Human Givens Practitioner
Effective help for the challenges of life.

Human Givens is a fast, effective approach to counselling which responds flexibly to the needs of the client.  I can particularly help with depression, anxiety and anxiety-related conditions, panic attacks, trauma, PTSD, anger management, phobias, social and performance anxiety, stress, self-harm and counselling for young people, children.

The therapy draws on a wide range of proven skills, techniques and knowledge drawn from respected therapeutic interventions and from academic disciplines such as neurobiology, sociology, anthropology and psychology. Combining these with fresh insights pioneered by Human Givens research, we can work together to find the best tools to suit your needs.
